Spirituality equals to less stress




A recent study by psychologists at the HEALTH and SAFETY LABORATORY in Stockport, UK, says that people who are spiritual are less stressed and anxious at workplace, healthier and are less like to take a sick leave from work.....


Spirituality is blend of humanistic psychology with mystical and esoteric traditions and eastern religions aimed at personal well-being and personal development.


How to cultivate spirituality 

  • Unresolved issues eat you emotionally everyday. Tackle and overcome them. 

  • Never we always blaming in a relationship. Sometimes it is good to take responsibility for a mistake.  

  • Do not let negative thoughts to house in your mind, As they can overshadow your positive spirit with shame or depression. So drive away your inner evil and let yourself free from all such things.

  • Never frustrate, it will never do you to any good.

  • Talk to others whose spiritual life inspires you. 

  • In the path of spirituality there may be various obstructions, free yourself from not sticking to them.
